After being crowned the world champion in 2022 at The Blackpool Tower Northern Soul Dance Championships, Sally dedicates her time to sharing her knowledge, passion, and experience with others. She is especially committed to helping those who need an extra boost of confidence to take their first steps onto the dance floor.

Sally spent three years simply listening to Northern Soul before she ever danced it or new about the local events like The kings Hall on her doorstep.

Unfamiliar with the fashion or the scene, she connected with Northern Soul at its core—pure, rare soul music. She firmly believes that the first step to dancing Northern Soul is building a personal relationship with the music. That connection is the root of it all.
